One of the great joys I share with Cambodians is our love for green mangoes and chili. TRUST ME, it's good. When it's hot and humid, the sourness of the mangoes and the spicy saltiness of the chili salt really plays in well. My students have started to realize this and they bring it in for me during our conversation class. It's a merry eating & English speaking outside with the serene temple background.. it's a good life.
