One of my favorite afternoon snacks. It's called dtuk umpel (literally water tamarinds) but I don't know the English word for it. Some people don't like it but I like the slightly nutty and sweet taste. You usually see it sold on the street by fruit vendors. 2,000-3000riel per bag. Yum!
