Business Class

The other thing about flying as an employee family is that they seat you wherever the seats are open. And most often times it's business or first class for international flights. Since many of you frequently ask me what it's like, here you go!

Salad: green salad with vinaigrette & champagne

Hors d'oeuvres: smoked salmon wrapped in seaweed & white wine

Main course: Sirloin steak  with potato medaille, vegetables & red wine

Cheese: Assorted cheese & crackers with port wine

Dessert: Ice cream with customized toppigs

Breakfast: wheat cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, Cinnamon roll

But to be very very honest I don't think luxury classes are not worth the money unless it's for business; then it's understandable because you need to be well rested right when you get off the plane to catch meetings. But otherwise, meh. I've traveled enough on horrible situations that I'm no longer a picky flyer. I always fly low cost in Europe & Asia where my father's company's' flights are not offered. I'd rather spend the money on food or accommodation at my destination. I always carry an iPad or iPhone with my own in-flight entertainment. I can sleep anywhere. I'm small so I can fit in any seat size and I love all airline food (I know, I have weird taste). The only time I got utterly disgusted with the food was Eastern China Airlines... and I've eaten in many many different airliners so just note that down guys!
